    Founder & CEO

    Narayanan has over 25 years of distinguished career in outsourcing industry both in Non-Healthcare & Healthcare serving clients across US & UK. Prior to Aura he was heading a $10M medical billing company & had set up call centers for outbound projects. He has worked in pioneer of Healthcare company Nittany in which he was part of setting up Adjudication Dept (Claims processing). He has been a game changer by restructuring many small and mid size organizations that has helped them achieve growth in both top and bottom line.
    Being a great leader and true visionary he has built Aura to be a result oriented organization and with his huge operational experience has introduced many new client centric methodologies to fit the needs of each client. He considers honesty to be the basic principal of any business and that makes Aura one of the most ethical companies in this Industry. His realistic optimism and thinking out of the box has driven us to expand our capabilities in new areas and helped turn every opportunity to success in this journey. Narayanan, a Math graduate also earned Post Graduate Diploma from Symbiosis, Pune and Executive Management program from IIM, Bangalore.

    Kokila, with a strong professional career for the past 20 years, she has worked in Google as a Finance professional being part of the initial team to setup Finance Division for Google in India and as RMG/PDAC specialist in Hexaware, Atos Syntel. All through her career she had worked with Leaders, BU Heads and C-level executives to strategize different aspects of Human Resources, Bench utilization and Automation of various processes. Her areas of expertise lay in strong control over Data and Reskilling/Up skilling the bench resources.

    Her Go-getter attitude has made her cut across various functions be it recruitment or HR shared services, Sales and Marketing, Quality or delivery. She is a great mentor and an inspiring leader and her decisive nature has helped attain clear results. She is actively involved in adventuring many new automation tools that helped in the growth of the organization. She is well experienced in conceptualizing and creating business strategies across all segments. Through her strategic planning she has been driving businesses across operational and financial aspect. With an MBA in Finance Kokila also did her Masters in Financial Management.
